Terms of Service

Bookings are confirmed by email or via the booking system once payment or a coaching agreement is in place. Every coaching relationship begins with an initial assessment before programme design starts.

Cancellation: please give as much notice as possible so the slot can be re-offered. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session at the practitioner's discretion.

Health screening: all clients complete a brief health questionnaire before the first session. We may decline coaching where the screen identifies risks outside the scope of this practice, and refer you to a medical practitioner where appropriate.

Liability: Weight Loss Clinics Mayfair is a coaching practice, not a medical service. Coaching is not a substitute for medical advice; please consult your GP for any clinical concern.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
