Who we are

Weight Loss Clinics Mayfair ("we", "our", "us") is a website owned and operated by the UNTIL group, which runs private health and fitness clubs in central London, including UNTIL Marylebone at 1 Orchard Street, London W1H 6HJ. Our data controller contact is james.morrissey@until.co.uk.

How this site works, and who holds your records

This website publishes guidance on private weight management and offers one route to a first assessment: the enquiry form at /first-steps. When you send an enquiry it goes to UNTIL Health Concierge, who arrange an assessment with a registered practitioner. Practitioners at UNTIL clubs are independent clinicians running their own practices.

We are the controller for the enquiry you send through this site. Once you are introduced and assessed, the practitioner who sees you becomes the controller of your clinical record, and their own privacy notice applies to it. You will be told who you are being introduced to, and you can ask them for that notice directly.

What personal data we collect

• The contact details you give in the enquiry form: first name, last name, email address and mobile number
• The option you choose to describe what you would like help with, your preferred UNTIL location and the time of day that suits your assessment
• Anything you write in the optional message box
• Website analytics, only after you accept the consent banner, via PostHog (EU region): page views and clicks on enquiry buttons. We never capture the text you type into a form, your name, your address or any health detail.

We do not collect clinical records through this website. The form asks you not to include medical history or the names of any medicines, because the practitioner takes a full history in private at the assessment.

Lawful basis

We process your enquiry on the basis of legitimate interests, namely replying to a request you have made of us, and analytics on the basis of your consent. If you choose to include health information in your message, we process it on the basis of your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. Clinical records created by the practitioner who assesses you are held by that practitioner under the retention rules of their own regulator.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is shared with the UNTIL Health Concierge team and, once an assessment is arranged, with the practitioner you are introduced to. Form submissions are stored in a database hosted by Supabase and delivered to our inbox by email through Resend, an email delivery service. Fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, and the maps are served by CARTO (home page) and Google (contact page). We do not sell your data, we do not share it with anyone for marketing, and no advertising cookies or retargeting pixels run on this site.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Email james.morrissey@until.co.uk to exercise any of these. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
